Emery Moore

At Hazen and Sawyer, I am involved in the transactional day to day functions of Human Resources. My job duties include but are not limited to: recruitment, offer letters, new hire orientations, onboarding, benefit administration, benefit billing, employee relations, analytics, and auditing. I have been able to experience a start to finish implementation of ADP with a team of specialists designated to ensure our transition runs smoothly.

Coaching has been a dream of mine since I began playing volleyball. It is the most rewarding position/job I could ever take on. It takes a very special person to mold young minds into great athletes. I have been able to not only teach the game of volleyball but display discipline and structure to everyday activities; all while creating a fun learning environment.

Throughout my time at Voith, I have maintained a work relationship with employees all over the United States and created work relationships with employees working internationally as well. I have completed projects that include interviewing candidates for the graduate program under supervision of the HR Lead, I have set up Career Fairs at Universities across the US, and I have been in touch with recent retiring employees to grasp their experience/job description while at Voith.

Managing the Fitness Center was a very fulfilling experience as I was able to create a bond with students on campus who were seeking fitness goals.

As a student I have been involved with MFA and our HR clubs, I am a student-athlete while working as a camp counselor during the summer, I have achieved 2 minors (one in Human Resources and the other in Fashion Merchandising) while receiving my Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
