Leading the application of Hervolution’s immunotherapy platform to metabolic disorders, while continuing to oversee the oncology program and guide discovery initiatives. Define and drive translational strategy for metabolic diseases. Oversee the oncology program and ensure progression of existing preclinical assets. Direct the discovery pipeline. Design biomarker and translational research plans to bridge preclinical findings with clinical development. Led oncology-focused preclinical strategy for IPT001 while expanding the immunotherapy pipeline and preparing programs for clinical translation. Defined clinical immunotherapy regimens and drove IPT001 through preclinical development. Designed and managed proof-of-concept studies in rodents and non-human primates. Produced regulatory-ready documentation and scientific reports to support agency interactions. Generated pivotal data packages that enabled investor fundraising. Expanded the discovery program to identify and advance new pipeline candidates. Built and mentored a multidisciplinary R&D team to deliver on milestones.
