My Baby Adores, was Founded in 2007 to help empower couples through evidence-based research, education, practical tools and techniques, and continuity of care and support as they navigate pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. I created My Baby Adores after attending a Baby Massage Course with my first born, I was amazed by the power of touch and the wonderful health benefits it provided us with. Having enjoyed the experience so much, I decided to leave my corporate career and retrain as a baby massage instructor so I could share the wonderful benefits with other parents. Over the years I have completed various courses, including an advanced postgraduate in Antenatal Education, which has enabled me to expand my services. Having lived and worked in three continents, some of my most valuable learning has come from hundreds of hours spent guiding and supporting couples and young families through government and private healthcare systems, on labour wards, in postnatal clinics, community centers, and in their homes. I believe everyone deserves a beautiful birth and joyous postpartum period, which is why I want to make education accessible for everyone from in person sessions to on-line courses and free resources.
