The Nova Medi-Clinic (NMC) project is dedicated to delivering the highest level of excellence in medical care comparable to the highest standard of care obtainable anywhere else in the world. Provides executive team leadership to Medical/Clinical Staff. Director/Administrative Duties Provides operational direction, administration, and oversight of EHA Clinics to ensure exceptional clinical service delivery and coverage needs. Establish external medical relationships for referral care. Support business development through the implementation of new services, revenue streams, and marketing strategies. Provides guidance to the functional teams in the resolution of conflict and ethical issues. Clinical Duties Ensures that physician and/or midlevel practitioner staffing and processes are in place and sufficient to accomplish the following: Assists the functional teams in developing and implementing a plan of care that is coordinated with the attending physician. Provides coverage and support to staff for the provision of medical services in the absence of the attending physician or after normal business hours. Lead medical consultant and supervisor of 10 bedded CoVID -19 isolation unit.

Provide outpatient primary and occupational care to consular staff and family members. Provide emergency care to personnel within embassy premises and coordinate evacuations to medical facility within and outside of Nigeria Serve as patient advocate and liaison between consular personnel and community health facilities Advice, supervise and monitor performance and best practices by community health providers and facilities as it pertains to care rendered to consular personnel and family members

- Participate in administrative decision making, recommend and approves policies and procedures that pertain to the daily activities of a 75 bedded hospital - Organizes and coordinates physician services and services provided by other professionals as they relate to patient care. - Participate in the daily processes that ensure the appropriateness and quality of medical care and medically related care - Participates in the development and conduct of educational programs. - Participates in the surveillance and promotion in the health safety, and welfare of employees. - Served on the governing Board of the Hospital and helped articulate the long-term care facility’s mission to the community. - Acquired, maintain, and apply knowledge of social, regulatory, political,and economic factors that relate to patient care services -Conduct and supervise Inpatient and Outpatient care with strong emphasis on support and promotion of person-directed care. - Serve as a member of the governing Board Garki Hospital Abuja (GHA)

Manage the daily activities of a very busy Outpatient Primary/Urgent Care medical practice Children and Adult care medicine with strong emphasis on health screening and preventive health management Multi-disciplinary management of patient care

Inpatient care and management of patients Diagnosis, treatment and management of urgent medical ailments

Precepting and instructing medical students and residents in clinical Family and Ambulatory Medicine
