Create, develop, and update Halliburton Project Management (HPM) competency program for Engineering, Wellsite Supervision, Integrated Asset Management (IAM), and Boots & Coots (B&C) ensuring program adoption, compliance, and sustainment as well as alignment with business strategy and performance goals. • Update the Competent Resources Executing Work (CREW) Platform for HPM. • Provide technical support as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Project Manager’s recruiting and selection process, as well as developed a systematic process for HPM critical positions hiring. • Collaborate with Region/Country recruiters for the search for Talent resources for various Well Construction and Intervention projects globally.

Provides engineering and operational advice to well construction projects worldwide for resolving critical engineering or operational issues, identifying chronic problems, collaborating with customers and engineered solutions, ensuring optimum technical solutions for field project development. Responsible for the technical development and vetting of competency requirements and for conducting competency assessments for top level engineering, operational, and management employees and assessors.

Responsible for the Sourcing and Recruitment of Experienced Professionals within Schlumberger world-wide for the strategy alliance with New Tech Global. In my role I concentrate on profiles that fall into the Drilling, Completions and Workover for Well Constructions Projects, as well as other segments within the company such as Reservoir, Production Engineers, and Geo-Scientists. Also responsible for the business growth of the alliance in Latin America.
