My role in the company was based on the development of part of the meals which are provided for healthcare. I specifically worked on the reformulation of existing products and line extension for the company dysphagia meal’s portfolio. During this experience I have developed 11 new products for the company, working in all the steps of their development. I was also involved in different tasks such as meeting with suppliers, work with different additives and heating processes, and run weekly trials on new and existing products.
