This role has provided invaluable experience that has broadened my existing event management skills. It has involved working across up to three different time zones (Asia, Europe, the Americas) and on dozens of projects and tasks at once, coupling organisation of exhibits and staff with schedule management, transport organisation, database and relationship curation, report writing, researching and financial management. Supporting and communicating on behalf of the Brand & Content Director, I got to deal with companies such as Dyson, Apple and Google, with HNWI, CEOs, government officials and academics.

Key role within the events team in this global agency supporting the Events Manager and Production Manager on producing events from creative concept to successful delivery, managing vendors and suppliers, refining client proposals and presentations and researching venues, caterers and props. Clients and projects include the opening of the Casadei and Philipp Plein stores, press launches for Avenue 32, Zara and Penhaligon’s, Stuart Weitzman X Gigi Hadid gala dinner and Simone Rocha’s fashion show.

editor of independent Czech magazine dedicated to fashion, art and culture – editorial planning, photoshoot production, international features (conducting interviews eg with Philip Treacy, Henrik Vibskov, Amanda Lepore)

Designer relations - managing and coordinating participants of the fashion week, working as a link between the creative director, backstage manager and hair and make-up teams. -> Project management - shows schedule and main programme management and scheduling, budget and sponsorships management -> Production – production and planning of the workshops, side events, editorial photo shoots -> Content marketing - editorial, copywriting and scheduling of all printed and online promotional materials, data preparation for all the visual outputs (e.g. invitations, advertisements, final reports) -> PR skills – press releases, communication with media, advertising in both print and online, media strategy planning -> Digital marketing & social networks – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, campaigns, special projects
