From corporate events and award ceremonies, to full day international conferences, I have hosted a variety of national business events. These include the European Women in Sales Awards at The Savoy Hotel, the European Women in Construction and Engineering Awards and the Business Women in Action National Conference. Organisations need to rouse their employees and guests. People want their event to be a huge success. I get it. Moreover, I want to create the setting where the speakers can be their best. MCing is a craft and one that I have been mastering for over fifteen years. The sign of a good MC is that everything happens on time and the audience’s expectations are not only met, but exceeded. The speakers have been enabled to perform and engage with a receptive audience, and the organisers are exhilarated by the success of their event. My love of bringing together comedy and my business experience shines through, to help create events and award ceremonies that are brilliant and seamless, as well as stress-free for the organiser.

Truth Works ran high quality exclusive retreats for Senior Business People - during these retreats we would help them unearth their stories, share methodologies and ways to engage with their people and then provide 121 coaching to help take the learning into their roles.

Pitch Perfect Club was an exclusive members club for executive professionals, developing and improving leadership presence - powerfully presenting your presence. This involved: • Leadership Presence coaching - supporting members to improve their presence in client engagement scenarios e.g. public speaking, pitching, new business meetings, and board and team meetings. • Myers Briggs assessment and individual feedback. • Peer-learning sessions - members sharing their pitching and public speaking experiences with other like-minded professionals. • Master classes - thought-leaders shared latest business and leadership insights. • 6 or more public speaking events per year - members were able to connect with other members from a variety of industries as well as meet Pitch Perfect Club’s invited guests. Pitch Perfect Club also sought to introduce members to relevant and appropriate contacts, encouraging members to build mutually beneficial relationships through 1-2-1s and business referrals.

Working with many different companies and individuals, we specialised in helping people empower themselves and their business. As a coach I employed a variety of different tools to help people achieve this - from NLP to acting techniques. I spent time networking and growing the business and looking at forming strategic partnerships with others helped us add value. As a creative this role also allowed me to help develop my theatre interests - new writing and comedy.

Establised a new company that dealt specifically with the Learning and Development needs of our clients. I helped create the brand and developed the products that I delivered - such as interactive workshops, stress management workshops and leadership programmes.
