As the North America Managing Director, I oversee EHS, MRP, CRP, and P&L activities across all regional facilities. I collaborate closely with our Quality, Finance, IT, and HR teams to ensure full integration of support functions and to drive operational excellence, efficiency, and growth.

Responsible for overseeing Manufacturing Engineers, Controls Engineers, Maintenance, Tool Room, and Training. I lead strategic projects to support manufacturing operations across three facilities: Blacksburg, Cedar Run, and Leesburg. My responsibilities include developing manufacturing reports with corrective actions, monitoring production metrics, managing capital expenditure projects, coordinating maintenance activities, designing tooling, and collaborating with the sales team to support business opportunities.

Responsible for all technical analysis between US and Brazil, leading the try-outs of new coating process, supporting the development of new suppliers. Development of manufacturing and quality reports associated corrective actions plans. Creating conceptual design for new plant in Asia, included developing manufacturing process flow, storage level and outputs ensuring the local regulatory compliance.

Responsible for Manufacture and Material Planning areas, with the Sales demand outcome through BCD sector (Business Coordination Department). Management all raw material inbound logistic process, storage and production supply as well as inventories accuracy.

Deployment of strategic production plans, raw material and product scheduling, Control of material accuracy and inventory levels (turnover), Planning and shipment of MKD, CKD, and CBU products, Management of equipment used for internal transportation and product storage.

Process management, efficiency control, delivery deadlines, line balancing, hiring and termination of employees, budget control, capacity management, production line startups, A3 control, and quality standards.

Development of projects using CAD software; Time and method studies (work measurement and process optimization); Preparation of quality documentation, including FMEA, process sheets, and flowcharts; Project management; Execution of internal audits; Supplier contact and development; Execution of tool and production line tryouts; Monitoring equipment performance in production; Implementation of layout and process flow improvements.
