Driving strategies for HK retirement business, focusing on product and value propositions for customers and distribution partners, digital strategies and customer centric transformation.

Was responsible for bringing together pensions and investment solutions for institutional clients and asset owners across pension funds, insurance companies and endowment funds in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, as well as for wealth management intermediaries across banks, private banks, investment-linked insurance and investment funds platforms across Hong Kong and Singapore.

Redefined workplace savings in HK and across Asia - combining cutting edge technology and leading investments expertise for a portable investment platform

Spearheaded Enterprise Risk Management across Principal Hong Kong companies to increase risk awareness, proactively managed key and emerging risk, and harnessed business opportunities from a risk and reward perspective.

As a member of Executive Committee, managed Finance and Actuarial functions across all of Principal Hong Kong companies, including insurance, trustee, asset management and distribution. Helped to drive strategic planning of Principal's business road map and M&A activities.

Concurrently led the asset management portion of Principal's pension and mutual fund business, including investments, product development, and cross border initiatives between China and Hong Kong.

Provided support to Asia region, covering Hong Kong, China, India and ASEAN, on financial analysis, capital and strategic planning, new market development, M&A activities and all actuarial matters. Extensive experience working with the Board of Directors of various Principal wholly owned and Joint Venture companies in Hong Kong and China. Also served on the Supervisory Board of CCB Principal Asset Management Company in Beijing.

Started-up the Guangzhou office and developed retirement consulting business in the southern China region offering solutions to multinational companies and state-owned enterprises

Consulted various Fortune 500 companies on DB and DC pension plans, post-retirement welfare schemes and employee benefit strategies. Experiences covered major metropolitan cities across the east coast, mid west and west coast.
