● Identified and troubleshot 700+ mechanical, electrical, and quality control issues during the Production Validation Testing (PVT) of the FMTV A2 (next-gen military logistics truck). ● Served as the liaison between military entities at the test site and cross-functional engineering teams at Oshkosh Defense. I reported Operational Mission Failures (OMFs) and helped formulate immediate fixes, "field repairs", and production-ready solutions. ● Advised the customer on reliability and performance testing, determined failure criteria, and directed corrective action. ● Organized downtime for trucks to incorporate mechanical, electrical, and software modifications, ensuring they met our standards for production readiness and addressed previous OMFs. ● Oversaw the spare parts inventory and proactively ordered items with long lead times to prepare for upcoming tests. This was crucial to meet Oshkosh Defense's commitment in addressing any and all issues within a 48-hour timeframe.

● Extensive use of 3D CAD tools like Solidworks and PTC Creo to design components (air intake, throttle body snail, injector holders, etc.) ● Created 2D technical drawings and manufactured parts using lathes, mills, 3d printers, multiple types of hand tools, and carbon fiber ● Designed and 3D printed a prototype modular air intake that validated (via engine dynamometer) my Ricardo WAVE engine and performance simulations

● Managed a small team of 12 students each assigned different engineering projects relating to suspension, drivetrain, and steering systems ● Conducted weekly meetings to assign deliverables, discuss updates, voice concerns, and answer any questions ● Evaluated and approved designs to ensure they met competition rules and our standards
