Responsibilities: • Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial statements. • Manage, enhance, centralize, standardize, and integrate the various financial processes and systems that support the accounting, tax, and financial operations so as to achieve cost savings. • Responsible for the timely and accurate preparations of all tax returns-federal, state, VAT, payroll and property. • Oversee the division accounting/finance teams who interact on a daily basis with the operational leadership and management of the respective divisions so as to ensure that these customers’ need are timely and appropriately met. • Work with the appropriate Swiss parent company Treasury, Accounting and Tax Leadership departments to monitor foreign currency, financial statement and/or tax exposures. • Assist with the preparation of various analytic schedules for the parent company’s Tax department. • Interact with external statutory auditors as needed to assist with the preparation of the annual statutory accounts. • Interact with the parent company’s internal audit teams if selected for a site visit. • Be able to reconcile ledger records to the annual statutory accounts . • Hire, train, and develop accounting, tax and finance staff and develop the optimal team leadership structure. • Participate in building a culture that is team-oriented and committed to professional excellence.
