Most of my research is in Industrial Organization and more specifically in Contract Theory. My main interests is on the economics of information transmission on markets such as the job markets or the intermediation markets. I have also worked on gender performance with a much more applied perspective. I have published in Journals such as Rand Journal of Economics, Journal of Labor Economics, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis ...

My mission is to lead the development of both degree-granting (MBA, EMBA, MiM...), and non-degree-granting (Executive Education) programs at HEC Paris. I also have responsability over the HEC Entrepreneurship center.

My mission in this role were mainly as follows. First of all, I was in charge of all the pre-experience academic programs of HEC, which includes the Grande Ecole program (Master in management ...) and the ten or so specialized masters (MSc in Finance, MSc in Entrepreneurship...). I also had the responsability of entrepreneurship initiatives and equal opportunities policies for the entire HEC group.

The mission of the commission is to organize the quality control procedures for French higher education and business training in the context of the construction of the European Higher Education Area. It also examines the evolution of higher management education in France.
