-Support up to 41 high-acuity tenants in supportive housing with stability and life supports - Assists tenant’s transition into independent living while helping them maintain their housing and improve their living condition - Maintains safe health standards of living for tenants through moderate cleaning -Supervise and support tenant with mental health and addiction use -Takes a leadership role when providing crisis intervention, alerting, and informing emergency services, and responding to suicidal ideation and attempts -Focuses on safety risks prevention, maintaining safety and efficiently writing reports emergency services as required by the organization and law.

- Provide compassionate one on one care to a resident with complex physical and emotional needs. - Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding and mobility. Ensure they are in a safe and in clean environment - Monitor and report changes in condition to registered staff - Follow infection prevention and control protocols in accordance with long term care standards - Promote dignity, independence, and emotional well-being.

- Provide mental, emotional and physical support to clients - Provide safe, effective and exceptional client focus home support according to the care plans, policies and procedures - Charting on the health, wellbeing , incidents and change in behaviors of clients - Ensuring the safety of clients for their health, care and environment - Performed exceptional care following the principles; respect, reliability, patience, professionalism and ethics

- Assist health care providers staff in providing efficient services - Assist patients with their daily activities and personal care - Ensuring the work facility is running efficiently with the patients safety and care in mind - Taking blood pressure, temperatures, providing medication with supervision, use of equipment’s, supervising patients with mental illness/isolation - Charting patients medication, care, activities and behaviors on a daily basis - Providing Covid tests to patients and health care staff

- Support the activities of daily living residents, respond to all emergency, maintain work place clean , safe and sanitized - Charting on health and wellbeing of all residents; safekeeping and counting narcotics, charting any changes of behaviors and general care - Provide medication to resident according to the residences policies and procedures for medication administration, eye drops, insulin and general care - Responsible to ensure the best quality of life for the resident while providing exceptional customer service and experience
