During my term as Chairwoman of the IMechE ASOIU Student Chapter, I led a dedicated team to organize both local and international events that promoted engineering and professional growth. I managed our yearly strategy, budget, and partnerships, while also representing our chapter at various academic and industry platforms. This role helped me strengthen my leadership, teamwork, and communication skills through real responsibilities and impactful projects.

During this period, I actively worked as part of the Human Resources team at IMechE. At the same time, I participated in the motivation of members, their organization and further development, and the operational process. In parallel, I developed an internal training project called “Excel Course”. For this project, I was responsible for the preparation of training materials, the creation of mentors, the selection of their use and the management of the course structure. The successful implementation of this 4-week program improved the technical and personal skills of the repair workers. This period was a very useful and formative stage for me in terms of HR management, project planning, team leadership and strategy.

Since January, actively volunteering as an IGV (Incoming Global Volunteer) Member at AIESEC Azerbaijan – LC Baku ADA. Responsibilities include coordinating with international volunteers, supporting project planning and implementation, ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders, and promoting cultural exchange.
