I worked in a full-time position for over 2 years as a Mechanical Design Engineer with a team that manages external parts of Honeywell's various turbine engines. While in this role I have: • Engaged with design team on external parts and assemblies for aircraft turbine engine • Drafted and released drawings for tube assemblies, brackets, fittings, LRUs, and housing assemblies • Revised drawings using GD&T standards for various stages of development, from early order to production • Designed models for prototype fittings to be produced with additive manufacturing methods • Compared weight and cost of producing additive manufactured parts to traditionally manufactured counterparts • Coordinated optimal location for inspection ports on multiple stages of an engine compressor case • Analyzed non-conformances of parts and determined solution of either a deviation waiver or drawing revisions

I have completed three 6 month rotations with Honeywell My third rotation was in an Additive Manufacturing role from Jan 2020 - July 2020. While in that position I: • Completed Six Sigma training and began Greenbelt project involving a DOE on direct aging of additive manufactured aluminum • Prepared builds for various parts with Materialise Magics software, and set them up to print on both EOS and SLM machines • Developed experimental builds to test capabilities of print complexity for additive machines and maintain momentum development of the department • Managed inventory for chemicals and metal powders to assist with the creation of an inventory tracking software My second rotation was in a Design Engineering role from July 2019 - Jan 2020. While in that position I: • Created and released validation drawings using Siemens NX and Teamcenter • Modified and updated legacy drawings to release under new part numbers • Processed engineering change notices for various parts and assemblies • Managed assembly bills of materials for new configurations • Completed training for GD&T as well as machine shop manufacturing processes • Collaborated with project engineers to organize assembly parts list differences between military and commercial products My first rotation was in a Test Engineering role from Feb 2019 - July 2019. While in that position I: • Prepared quotes and build estimates for various tests, projects and equipment builds • Managed valve tests, including reviewing and modifying procedures, performing test readiness reviews, coordinated lab staff, and confirming data results • Facilitated the completion of a master list of valve product testing locations to manage flow capacity for all Tempe site valve test lines, preventing the need to build additional test lines • Utilized AssetPanda to track assets and equipment throughout the test site • Analyzed test data and approved results using Dewesoft

I worked as a tutor for children in math at the Dr. Theodore T. Alexander Science Center School. Each semester I am assigned 3-4 students to conduct biweekly math lessons with. I help them to learn various math subjects that pertain to their grade level, and complement their learning as best as I can. I also work in the after school program a couple days a week, helping kids with homework and helping the teachers manage their behavior.

Autometrix hired me as an intern in Mechanical Engineering for the summer of 2018. During my time there the projects I worked on included: - Replacing a pneumatic system of a radial saw with a linear actuated system powered by a motor. This required choosing a correctly sized motor and gearbox, designing a bracket in Autodesk Inventor to attach them to the saw, and choosing proper sleeve bearings for the assembly - Machined a stepped and keyed shaft using a lathe, and also machined some basic parts using a mill - Using Autodesk Inventor to create configurable assemblies for table bases and plumbing systems of the Autometrix tables, making sure the assemblies can be altered to accommodate any table length, width, plumbing choices, and also match bills of material - Designing an adjustable structure in CAD that can be used to mount projectors above the tables

I stared attending USC as a freshman in the Spring of 2016, and I expect to graduate in the Fall of 2018 with my Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering.

I attended Ghidotti Early College High School, which is located on the Sierra College campus in Grass Valley, which allowed me to take college classes there throughout high school. I was able to earn Associates Degrees of Science in both Natural Sciences and Mathematics by the time I graduated high school in 2015.
