Helping to manage the global Flagship Warhammer Store, to coach and develop the team in amazing customer focussed service. Working with the Store Manager to deliver goals towards performance, as well as better customer experiences and service. Supporting the team to achieve these through daily coaching and conducting regular one to one meetings, as well as supporting individual reviews for our team. Attending regular training in person and digitally, in addition to personal reviews, to ensure development of my own skills in management and customer service. This leads to my weekly delivery of training to keep skills fresh and train in new areas for the team. I write the training whether it be a one off session or plan sessions which link together. I undertake and collaborate with the store manager to hire new staff. Once starting, I take them through their training period and evaluate performance to support them and build a culture of trust and honesty, with aims to always improve. The environment is a busy one, arguably the busiest we have in the world, with the number of guests and staff we manage. Managing my time is always a priority to make sure all these demands are met.
