As a pharmacy clerk I spent most of my time communicating with patient's about the status' of their prescriptions and ensuring that they left the pharmacy satisfied with the service they received.

As a clerk I worked on the sales floor making sure that the shelves were adequately stocked as well as working on the cash register.

I work with patient's on a daily basis to fill their prescriptions. This involves communicating effectively with doctor's to ensure the positive outcomes for patients receiving medication and learning the intricacies of billing insurance, both government issued and privately run.
