Our main objectives were to push and promote local and independent artists and their work in both musical and visual mediums. We created the event "The Collective" to allow networking, direct sales and spectatorship of the artists' work. The event was hosted in aid of the Sue Ryder foundation and all money raised was given to the charity.

* Responsible for delivering 300-word reviews for student magazine SPACE focussing on brand new and back catalogue releases. * Practiced critiquing and critically appraising creative texts with passion and enthusiasm. * All reviews submitted were chosen for publication in the free magazine.

* Tone Radio – Presenter September 2012 – May 2013 * Co-hosted a student radio show that showcased new independent and underground music, and promoted upcoming local artists. * Featured topical discussions and guest interviews with interactive commenting for audience engagement. * The role required weekly research for discussions across a wide range of topics, and the email/IT systems management for an efficient but natural listening experience under the pressures of live broadcast.

* Worked as part of a large interconnected team keeping the store running at peak efficiency during the busiest and most stressful periods of service. * Completed varied tasks outside of my usual contracted operations with enthusiasm and dedication, including stock management, food handling, and POS troubleshooting.

Gained expertise in self-releasing, self-promotion and distribution at university, which is implemented successfully for a solo music project, incorporating original music, and remixes for a range of independent artists. Release independently on Bandcamp and major worldwide stores. (Apple Music, iTunes, Spotify, Google Play etc.) Fully registered PRS/PPL artist, having first-hand experience of data entry for royalty collection societies and digital music metadata. Critical reception for my debut EP has been generally positive with reviews being published independently and in the LGBT publication Polari Magazine. http://www.polarimagazine.com/musicreviews/pictures-sky-stokeley/ Songs from the debut EP were played on BBC's Introducing showcases (in West England and Wales regional shows) along with my collaborative production efforts with other local artists.

* Etcetera – Co-founder January – May 2014 * Founded and managed Cheltenham-based record label that represented and produced the work of local artists ‘Atrevido’ until May 2014. * Developed a rigorous marketing and development strategy which saw the band gain a slot at 2000 Trees festival among internationally renowned artists. * Responsible for their branding development, social media presence, and all visual design work including photography and graphic design, comprehensively using a number of software packages. * Co-produced, engineered (recording, mixing, mastering) their material at Wincraft Studios. * Solely responsible for visual design of merchandise, EP artwork, the label website * Utilised Facebook analytics for optimal marketing through social networking. * Managed local promotion to maximise their stance in the independent and alternative scene in Cheltenham.

* Work with local and regional team to source IT support solutions for colleagues working in complex and multi-faceted networks * Liaise directly by phone & email with work coaches and front line staff in benefits centres to rectify service outages * Administer user access and software installation requests using bespoke build of the Service Now platform * Effectively triage work that has no solution in house. Concisely and accurately convey complex information to service desks for escalation. * Working on a License to Support, incorporating a number of professional IT support qualifications * Facilitated presentations for other governments subsidiary teams on the correct and current use of our Technology * Introduced feedback sessions for the local team, providing opportunities for ad hoc knowledge-base sharing, recognition for team mates etc. * Undertook research into queue structures for our in-house customer-facing Tech Support "Bar", manifesting in a new and improved system with wider and more accurate metrics, cut wait times among other positive outcomes

* Facilitate first class customer service for Apple's Covent Garden store as evidenced by logged customer feedback. * Gained in-depth technical expertise on the Apple ecosystem of products and their relevance and effectiveness on an individualised and personal level. * Received a Technician certification for troubleshooting and resolving instances of sustained technical issues. * Supported customer needs and queries to the absolute best of my ability. * Became an adaptable, analytical and self-improving member of the team as evidenced by customer, peer and managerial feedback systems. * Implicated business conduct competencies in my daily working regimen to attain high professionalism in and with a wide array of working contexts and clients.
