Dr Justin is the Chief Executive Officer, inventor and founder of FirmTech. FirmTech develops smart wearables designed to assess previously unobtainable vital signs of the penis and clitoris, with the goal of improving sexual and cardiovascular health. Since its hard launch at CES in January 2022, FirmTech has become a leader in the field of sexual health wearables. The company has developed one of the world’s largest databases of men’s actual nocturnal and sexual performance data. Researchers working with FirmTech’s data are contributing to the transformation of andrology by challenging conventional understanding of the causes, prevention and management of erectile dysfunction. Dr Justin is a co-author on several research papers related to this work. FirmTech’s product designs have also received numerous awards. In 2026, FirmTech plans to launch Version 2.0 of the TechRing, incorporating additional sensors to assess sleep health and cardiac risk, and to improve the sensitivity and specificity of data for men and urologists. The company intends to pursue a dedicated CPT code in 2027. In late 2026, FirmTech also intends to provide researchers with Clitque, described as the world’s first monitor of clitoral health, with commercialisation planned thereafter. Dr Justin has presented sexual health research at conferences for ISSM, ESSM, SSMNA, SHA and other organisations. He has also appeared on more than 200 podcasts and webinars. Dr Justin served as Chief Medical Officer, contributing clinical leadership and medical oversight to the organization.

Dr Justin founded SwiftMD, one of the earliest telemedicine service providers in the United States. SwiftMD was built on the belief that telemedicine could help address healthcare funding challenges and the mismatch between patient needs and healthcare resources. The company focused on moving healthcare beyond an expensive, brick-and-mortar, physician-centered model toward a virtual, patient-focused system supported by real-time, computer-assisted diagnosis and treatment. SwiftMD was subsequently sold to private equity.

Dr Justin led Pegasus Emergency Group as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Medical Officer. In 2014, he sold the company after it had become one of the fastest-growing companies in its sector. Pegasus focused on superior healthcare delivery, strong operational performance and successful business partnerships with hospitals. The organisation prioritised recruiting and retaining high-quality leaders and providers, monitoring provider performance to reduce patient walkouts, improving door-to-doctor times and increasing patient satisfaction.
