Duties primarily consist of installation of a vast selection of coffee/vending machines in a variety of sites, managing the workshop and providing technical support for Field Service Engineers. Personal achievements so far include improving staff and company image, implementing an engineer training program and carrying out the repair and replacement of over 300 machines to boost company profit. Excellent working knowledge of Westomatic, Coffeetec, N&W, Crane, Flavia, and WMF machines.

Job was to ensure the company’s vending machines within Greater London were properly installed and maintained. Daily tasks required a robust understanding of a wide range of machines and tools, and I was relied upon to identify problems and implement solutions promptly and efficiently. Duties included: - Delivering and installing machines - Training customers in their full operation and maintenance - Attending scheduled and emergency service callouts to repair faults - Ordering replacement parts when necessary - Liaising with customers to identify problems experienced with faulty machines - Seizing opportunities to sell alternative or additional machines as well as ancillary products

- Managing six members of staff - Organising rotas, preparing daily work schedules and delegating tasks - Setting and exceeding targets to meet customer and management demands Strategized and implemented a store-wide stock loss project, resulting in a significant reduction of in-store theft and improved vigilance.
