Responsible to set, align, execute and follow up global purchasing strategy according to company goals and needs. Enable new opportunities and execute global goals by having a close communication with stakeholders at buying office and in supply chain organisation. Product Developer for H&M ladies concepts, woven garments. Develop and source new materials/products hands-on together with mills and garment suppliers based on concept needs and current fashion. Be the market expert by working cross functional throughout the supply chain and support buyer and designer in Sweden.

Main tasks to plan assortment, drive product development forward, buying and sales follow-up, trend and competitor analysis in close collaboration with design team. As a buyer you work with 3 seasons at the same time and are responsible for the buyer assistants development. Communication, time management, multitasking and ability to handle fast changes is key to success in this role.

Assisting and working closely with buyer covering both woven and jersey departments. Responsible for sample handling, analyze information of sales numbers and statistics as decision basis for buyer considering bought volumes, number of articles etc.

Responsible for fit on mens casual concept. Assisting and working closely with pattern maker and buying team covering both woven and jersey departments. Responsible for fit sessions, pattern changes and secure correct fit before placing order.

Worked during school holidays and halftime after graduation, combined with elite handball career. Started with packing eggs and ended with supporting order handling in sales department.
