Accomplishments:  Developed and launched Commercial Real Estate Division that increased membership by 15%+ and drafted the first “plain language” real estate contract for use in the St. Louis market.  Successfully lobbied on behalf of Realtor members for removal of city “head tax” that reduced taxes for members and achieved more flexible local sign regulations that improved property marketing.  Directed political action committee and implemented direct billing for PAC contributions resulting in increased receipts by 50%+ and more consistent income.  Negotiated and secured construction financing for new headquarters building totaling ~$2 million.  Initiated outreach program with local government officials that resulted in effective relationships with local municipalities and the association.  Negotiated vendor contracts for equipment services and developed bid process for key purchases including all new computer systems for the association with a value of $50,000.  Launched program to recruit & train volunteers that improved retention and increased volunteer staff by 20%.  Lead role in producing the association’s first fair housing video for use in training Real Estate agents.
