1) For Internal, major in charge of the coordination with Production, Logistics, QA and Sales (Located in Beijing) depts. Participate in the draw out of year/month sales plans. Processing weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales settlement etc.. 2) For external, maintain relations with clients, collect information from clients, handle the customer complaints, resolve customer questions. 3) Because the Sales Dept. was moved to Beijing in May 2009 and only one marketing project person stayed in Qinhuangdao, there were a lot of works to do when I entered the office. As a freshman who just walked out of the school, I was under high pressures. However, due to my positive efforts and serious attitude, I successfully complete the job and gained the good reputation of leaders and colleagues.
