* Expedite the activities related to the contract administration for JGC’s estimated projects including bid clarifications, addendum, meeting and short-listing bidders * Supported subcontracting activities upon JGC awarded project by Client * Checked and Evaluated of bid submission from bidders * Expedite coordination and administration of multiple subcontract portfolio within internal JGC group organization and with subcontractor or bidder * Assisting in Estimation of Construction Cost based on Subcontract price and in-house estimation

* Prepared Bidding Document for Procurement of Civil Works accordingly to the standard document as required by the Client (BRR NAD-Nias, Indonesian Government, Local Government and The Funder (Japan Bank for International Cooperation-JBIC, French Development Agency-AFD, Multi Donor Fund-MDF ) * Ensures that assigned tenders or agreements are handled in a timely manner and in accordance with internal procedures and regulations. * Prepare contract agreement for sub-consultants in accordance with FIDIC standard * As a member of Tender Committee and responsible for completion of tendering procedure in accordance to the internal regulations * Communicated and coordinated with design engineer, staff, stakeholder and related parties for incorporated technical specification, construction, legal and all aspects required for completion of Bidding Document and Contract Agreement. * Prepare Cost Estimation for some works packages
