-Increased talent acquisition team efficiency by piloting a program to leverage AI for sourcing, consistent messaging, interviewing, resume reviewing, and pipelining, saving the team ~10 work days a year -Developed new ways to pipeline talent by researching alumni groups and creating a database of ~200 programs across the country while working with the communications team to create flyers and the DEI Lead Program Manager for outreach -Collaborated with the talent acquisition specialist team to create offer approvals, worked directly with recruiters on applicant and offer information, and utilized the applicant tracking system Success Factors for the offer letter approval and creation process -Oversaw the automation of the new hire process form and worked directly with the IT team, the Talent Acquisition team, and recruiters to ensure accurate information was uploaded to the system

-Researched and connected with community partners, creating resource lists for staff and engaging volunteers throughout the Parkinson’s Foundation chapter network -Facilitated comprehensive interview process to develop marketing assets highlighting Parkinson’s Foundation Ambassadors from across the country, promoting volunteer impact and value of the program -Connected community partners with Parkinson’s Foundation Ambassadors to give presentations detailing the Parkinson’s Foundation cause and available resources, furthering the mission of the non-profit

-Managed a group of 15 new students and all communication with members to provide support while serving as a role model and demonstrating the ability to work with a diverse group of people -Contributed to the logistical setup of Orientation and assisted new students and their families during move-in -Moderated a panel of 3 faculty members by curating a question list and managing the questions of the new students

-Organized and led four outreach events that included communicating and working with community partners and community members to market LEAD Girls to other non-profits and to sign up new members -Researched and created resource pages for the alumni, as well as researched and contacted potential sponsors and donors -Managed all organizational aspects of the Fashion/Entrepreneurship summer camp including putting together all materials necessary for the camp to run smoothly and worked directly with 15 middle school girls

-Directly impacted voter outreach and the number of volunteers through weekly phone banking sessions making 125 calls a week to recruit volunteers, create voting plans, and inform the public about my candidate -Lead weekly sessions to train volunteers on the phone banking and community engagement process, thus increasing the number of calls going out in a week to 800+ and reaching more constituents
