-Developed and expanded a customer base of Chinese enterprises going overseas, identifying ICT deployment opportunities in global markets. -Managed project quotation processes and coordinated with internal project managers to ensure smooth project delivery. -Engaged in key account development for hardware vendors, maintaining close follow-up on strategic client opportunities.

-Spearheaded business development efforts to expand customer base across Southeast Asia -Identifying and engaging potential clients in target markets such as Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia, etc. -Built strategic relationships with regional contractors, end-users, supporting sales growth and increasing brand presence in overseas markets.

-Responsible for contract negotiation, project acceptance, and progress payment follow-up for the Sri Lanka project. -Coordinated with local customs clearance agencies for the import and export declaration of construction materials, including preparation of all required documentation. -Handled part of international procurement of decorative artworks of the Shangri-La Hotel.
