I enable innovation for engineers and customers by supplying low friction, high quality, multi-cloud distributed platforms at scale in production & corporate environments. • As part of Playtika Management team, led an organization of ~ 400 employees across various technical operation domains globally. • Oversaw DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), FinOps, on-premises product, application quality, DevSecOps, platform architecture, performance engineering, and big data. • Lead strategic projects and product platform initiatives, with a focus on enabling a high-quality, high-velocity environment with low costs. • Established a large offshore center in various locations to facilitate company growth.

Senior technical leader. I deliver an enterprise strategy and established core teams of experts which lead the adoption of the DevOps method and infrastructure throughout the organization. Running a mix of on-premises, cloud, and hybrid technology stacks as well as implementing best practices for adoption and implementing agile culture in Playtika. My teams of experts are running all aspects of software delivery including infrastructure, security, deployment, testing, environment provisioning, monitoring, and support. • Provided strategic and tactical planning, development, and evaluation of information and technology systems. • Architected IT infrastructure to exploit economies of scale and reduce costs and risks. • Supervised collaboration between IT R&D, and product teams, and facilitated unique design implementation. • Managed strategic projects, including cloud migrations.

I leveraged my expertise in Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Service Portfolio Management (SPM) to drive success for large enterprises as part of the Technical Sales group at CA Israel (2011-2014). I specialized in solutions like Clarity PPM, helping clients optimize their IT budget, requisition management, portfolio prioritization, program & project execution, IT KPIs, resource planning, and risk management. This deep understanding allowed me to guide them in establishing efficient Office of the CIO (OoCIO) and Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) structures. Beyond technical expertise, I excelled in building IT services with a focus on management, chargeback, operational efficiency, and budgetary control. Additionally, I collaborated effectively with business partners to develop strategic sales approaches for key accounts. My contributions included crafting joint sales collateral and training partners to enhance overall sales effectiveness.

- Responsible for the company’s IT Governance aspects, IT-to-business alignment - Full responsibility for the IT budget including procurement and licensing management. - Managing IT chargeback and cost-effectiveness on Business services - Deep knowledge of Service Desk including designing Incident/Change/Request modules and reporting. - Designing and implementing various monitoring tools for the production environment, monitoring infrastructure, and business processes alike.

- Full responsibility for the projects’ scope of work: Business Justification, Negotiation with customers, Architecture, Design, Deployment, Maintenance and Support. - Planning and establishing new Data Centers (Dublin and London) including BCP procedures. - Responsibility for system delivery, customer communication, schedules, support, documentation, and customer expectations management and budget.

- Responsible for 24/7 critical production environment - In charge of Release management including customer communication, schedules, application support, and risk management. - Developing ITIL Change and Incident management procedures between R&D and Production.
