Ella Evans

I am a junior majoring in Finance and Professional Sales at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. I am in the Hutton Honors College and a recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship. I am dedicated to my academic journey, which is complemented by a diverse set of leadership and organizational experiences. My leadership and organizational skills were honed through various high school activities. I served as captain of both the cheerleading and lacrosse teams, where I learned to lead, organize, and motivate my peers. I also initiated a donation drive for an autism spectrum disorder program, which enhanced my organizational and communication abilities. Additionally, I volunteered as a tutor at a local elementary school in Pontiac, Michigan, and led a team to teach the Rochester Instructional Leadership Team, further developing my management skills. At Indiana University, I strive to expand my business knowledge and professional network. I actively seek out learning opportunities and strive to apply my skills in real-world settings. My goal is to leverage my background in finance and sales to contribute effectively to dynamic and innovative organizations.
