- Building features and maintaining the framework, in PHP, Python, Objective-C(iOS), of the communication platform that supports more than 500 product/branding teams at Meta across family of apps, e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, etc, and across platforms, e.g. mobile, web, to create and deliver Meta-to-User contents. - Leading the iOS track of the team to build shared iOS SDK, a multi-half project, of our framework. Built components and API’s that allow different apps, e.g. Facebook, Instagram, to integrate the same mobile infra in order to onboard to our framework, which has already greatly reduced the eng cost and fragmentation. - Designed, rebuilt and migrated several legacy iOS Objective-C frameworks to more modern architecture. Ran many A/B tests and analyzed extensive data results to achieve intact product impact during migration and performance improvements. - Driving partnership with several customer teams across company to expand our team scope to support more product teams and promote shared infra. - Mentoring several junior engineers to develop mobile + web full stack technical skills. Building the iOS subteam from 0 to 1.

- Implemented platformized E2E solutions, including backend and frontend integration and creation tooling (React), for several new channels in the framework, for example, promotional FB/IG Stories. Helped many product teams across Meta to use new channels to create custom promotion contents to drive product metric wins. - Implemented features on our platform and supported launch of several company high-pri campaigns on mobile and web, for example, 2020 US Election to exceed company goal of helping 4M people to register to vote. - Built core features and data structures in PHP of a reusable and customizable UI template framework in Native template framework to render UI in iOS/Android native code. Helped several products, for example, People You May Know, to run A/B tests and migrate to the new framework. - Collaborated in a team of 5 to continue extend the template framework a Template UI Framework with Automated tests and previews, which was filed for a provisional patent application.

- Implemented a pipeline to generate personalized videos for all FB users to recap their shared contents on the anniversaries of joining FB. Selected personalized relevant images and encoded into video for every user, to deliver on top of their news feed as a story. It reached 2 billions of users across a year. - Implemented data structure and server side GraphQL API in PHP and collaborated with Mobile eng, to enable users sharing On This Day to their FB Stories. This project increased daily content sharing on FB Stories by 3 percent at the time. - Built an internal tool in React and PHP for non-eng product specialists,, to enable easy set up and launch of creative contents in FB feed, to celebrate cultural moments of users.
