Undertaking credit checks and analysing the risk of new customers wanting to borrow from the bank. Worked using a computer-based credit programme purpose-built for the Colombian financial system. Supervising and monitoring a team of 7 sales assistant responsible for promoting the bank’s products to new clients. This involved setting sales targets, motivating and coaching the team. Analysing and communicating financial results to the business management team and central finance team on a monthly basis.

Evaluating and creating daily reports of the number of new customer in the bank using the SAP general ledger application. Accurate and timely reporting of sales, margin & other KPI’s providing full Management reporting and financial support to the Regional Directors and Branch Managers. Assessing and calculating the profit and loss of each of the branch’s products. The bank used these reports to determine the direction and strategy for new products. Interaction with the bank's investment products and the local IFA market.

Creating RAG reports for all projects in the group portfolio, and communicating these to the project approval committee. Controlling project lifecycle, monitoring milestones, and reporting on risks, issues & dependencies. Supporting project managers by providing templates and guidance, including change requests and status reporting templates. Issue resolution. Point of contact for the Change Portfolio team for status and key dates of all projects

Evaluating parent funds information held by HSBC’s clients. Validation and Control of securities reference data to ensure fund of fund trades are executed accurately and in a timely manner. Analysing and reviewing critical static data (client and bank reference data) to ensure the information held is relevant and accurate.
