Provided process and technical support to the front end of a 24 hour chemical manufacturing process; as well as technical support to capital projects and six sigma improvement projects in my area.

Directed operations and SCM, utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve the purchase, flow, of material and information. Oversaw financial analysis, cultural/technical assessments, training initiatives, and post-implementation support efforts.
