As a video editor for "YouTube" channels, my responsibilities included: Video editing: I approached the editing process with precision, assembling and processing various video clips to create cohesive and engaging videos. This involved selecting the best shots, editing the storyline, adding effects, and color correction to produce dynamic and captivating video content. Adding background music, sound effects, and voiceovers in line with the channel's requirements and style. Adhering to channel requirements: I followed the established standards and guidelines of the "YouTube" channels regarding style, format, and duration of the videos to ensure their alignment with the brand and appeal to the target audience. Collaboration: I worked closely with the production team, content creators, and directors to understand their vision and incorporate their feedback into the editing process, ensuring the final product met their expectations. Meeting deadlines: I efficiently managed my time to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality edited videos within the specified timeframe. I made video edits and rearranging scenes to ensure the overall quality and flow of the program. I also supervised and guided the editing director, and ultimately delivered the final edited program to the head director for review and approval.

As a freelance Casting Director at STB Channel, I specialized in sourcing actors for the reconstruction segments of the television program "Ekstrasensy Vedut Rassledovanie" (Psychics Lead the Investigation). My role involved the following responsibilities: Conducted extensive casting searches to find actors suitable for the reconstruction segments of the program. Collaborated closely with the director and production team to understand the specific requirements and objectives for each reenactment. Developed casting criteria and profiles based on the desired characters and emotions to be portrayed. Sourced and evaluated actors, considering their acting skills, ability to embody specific roles, and their aptitude for capturing the required essence. Organized and facilitated auditions, overseeing the entire casting process from initial screening to final selection. Liaised with selected actors, ensuring their availability and negotiating contracts or agreements as needed. Managed talent logistics, including coordinating transportation to the filming locations, overseeing costume fittings, and ensuring actors' readiness on set. Administered actor payments, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for their work. I was responsible for receiving video footage from the camera operators, ingesting and converting the footage onto the computer systems. Additionally, I performed video editing tasks, ensuring seamless transitions, enhancing the visual quality, and creating engaging content. Finally, I delivered the edited videos to the directors, meeting their requirements and specifications for the show.

Liaison between the production team and the director: I acted as a bridge between the production crew and the director, relaying important information, instructions, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the filming process. Location management: I worked closely with location managers, scouting potential filming locations, and obtaining necessary permissions. I also ensured that selected locations met the requirements of the script and coordinated logistics for filming at different locations.
