• Lead and manage Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC) and HALAL certification processes across 2 manufacturing plants specializing in Ready to Eat (RTE) products and Bakery, Cake and Dessert (BCD) items. • Implement and maintain effective quality assurance and control processes to proactively identify and prevent defects or deviations from established quality standards. • Oversee food handler training programs and internal training initiatives. • Collaborate closely with suppliers to enhance the quality of raw materials and components to ensure high quality inputs for seamless manufacturing processes. • Lead internal and external quality audits to evaluate the effectiveness of quality management systems, ensuring full compliance with relevant standards and certifications.
