Elizabeth S. Fenton

A seasoned trial lawyer with more than two decades of experience, Elizabeth S. Fenton handles high-stakes commercial disputes for clients ranging from emerging companies to Global Fortune 50 corporations with a focus on the information technology, financial services, and life sciences industries. Beth's practice includes representing clients in post-closing representation and warranty litigation, class actions, antitrust and unfair competition, and enforcement of restrictive covenants. She has first-chaired trials in the Delaware Court of Chancery, the Delaware Superior Court, and the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Commerce Program, and has successfully represented clients in arbitrations under the Delaware Rapid Arbitration Act, as well as before the American Arbitration Association, the International Center for Dispute Resolution, and JAMS. She has also led internal investigations, managed remediation and compliance initiatives, and guided businesses through proceedings with the Securities & Exchange Commission, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
