Working on the front line of consumer research by conducting surveys over the telephone with members of the public.

In the year directly after my graduation I moved to Hong Kong to work as a Native English Teacher.

During the four years I spent studying I covered various subjects across organic, inorganic and physical chemistry. This involved a combination of theoretical courses and those more relevant to the modern world, as well as practical lab based modules. My penultimate year was spent on exchange at The University of Wollongong where I completed a research project into the toxicity and uptake of methylated arsenic species. As part of my final MChem year I undertook an additional project investigating protein-protein interactions of ESCRTs under the supervision of Dr. Barbara Ciani.
