I provide strategic leadership and vision to drive the company’s transformation from a traditional for-profit enterprise into a purpose-driven social enterprise. Over the past five years, I have led NFT’s expansion across 12 African countries, spearheading innovative HR solutions that serve key sectors including Oil & Gas, Finance, IT, and Telecommunications. By aligning strategy, data-driven insights, and market intelligence, I have successfully guided our teams to deliver business growth, operational efficiency, and social impact while deepening our commitment to building sustainable, inclusive talent ecosystems across the continent.

I led the execution of the Group’s business strategy, driving operational excellence and talent innovation across multiple African markets. Over nearly 15 years, I championed large-scale recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives in key sectors including Oil & Gas, Telecoms, ICT, NGOs, and Banking. I built strong stakeholder partnerships, strengthened internal recruitment systems, and advanced diversity, equity, and inclusion across culturally diverse teams. My leadership in process optimization improved service delivery, reduced attrition, and enhanced engagement—culminating in NFT’s achievement and retention of ISO 9001:2015 certification. I also designed and launched impactful programs in internships, contingent workforce management, and CSR, contributing to NFT’s reputation as a trusted HR partner in the region.

Delivering an employability program supported by the European social fund to increase employability and making a difference to the community and lives of society's most vulnerable people. Identifying barriers to employment by caring for these people, creating faith pathways, build healthy communities and working for justice.

Invest2Impact supports the development and sustainability of a growing community of women business entrepreneurs and leaders by helping to address key challenges faced by women entrepreneurs in Africa through innovative business coaching, mentoring, networking and knowledge. ● Facilitated HR business transformation coaching to support growing community of 100 women-owned SMEs across Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, and Tanzania in a Women-owned SME Covid-19 Invest2 Impact Initiative.

Everyday, we take heed from our own advice to look for ways to deliver impactful solutions for grand challenges by leveraging innovation, entrepreneurship and technology. Our overall goal is to create a destination that grows companies that matter (Startups, SMEs and Purpose-Driven Enterprises) and centered around solving our biggest industry and community challenges.
