Sent samples of prototypes or modifications in the product (knit gloves) development by R&D department to the possible customers (this includes do cost estimate, describe the composition of the glove about materials and quantity used for each yarn) and if these prototypes was approval, help to run in production with engineering department, check the dimensions, set-up and specs for a good transfer to production. Does the lab test (flammability, cut resistance, stretch and recover, wear & abrasion) in the yarns and in the glove finished.

Before this occupation, i was working like quality intern for 3 months in Eagle Ottawa, the activities wich I realized was help with the daily reports for the staff meeting basing in the production issues results. Prepare and realize the meeting (MRB) about the issues in production after that do the documents (non-conformance tickets and scrap sheet), to send the material to rework or the material with scrap disposition, then do the PPM’s reports (internal and external) Like APQP technician I do the first production run, review the release to see how many hides needs to open the routines, and follow to the news projects on the plant. After that, I do the preliminary PPAP (Includes CONTROL PLAN, PFMEA, FLAMABILITY CERTS, AARs and PSW).
