Having worked in New Zealand, Europe and the Middle East, Elizabeth has a strong appreciation of what it takes to work across both geographical and cultural boundaries, bringing leadership teams together from diverse backgrounds to achieve common objectives. With 15 years experience in corporate HR she has a deep understanding of the people, organisational, cultural and legal challenges associated with implementing change. She has a pragmatic approach to working with organisations who are managing specific change programmes and works to design and apply solutions depending on the requirements of the individual organisation. Currently providing change management, organisational design, coaching and HR consultancy to a range of businesses from small non profit organisations to large corporations.
