Led and scaled a best-in-class University Relations and internship program across multiple locations and business units, strengthening early-career pipelines aligned to enterprise workforce and diversity goals. Led full lifecycle recruiting for highly specialized gene therapy roles across R&D, Medical, Clinical, and Regulatory functions, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, growth priorities, and diversity objectives. Served as HR Business Partner to senior leaders, providing coaching and guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, leadership development, onboarding, and performance management. Designed and delivered HR scorecards and workforce metrics, enabling leaders to assess talent health, calibrate performance outcomes, and make data-informed people decisions.
