Coordinated several listing and/or special events at the New York Stock Exchange for international companies (CEMIG, Petrobras, Brasil Telecom), enabling them to increase their visibility and transparency to shareholders and potential investors. Stock price rose and stabilized, and shareholder base widened. • Led the team listing a Brazilian electricity company on the New York Stock Exchange, including extensive due diligence and prospectus-drafting, as well as negotiation of contracts with several entities, including depositary banks, custodian banks and investor relations firms. • Acted as liaison/goodwill ambassador between American, Brazilian and French consortium members, informally and in board meetings, ensuring smooth communication and transactions between the involved multicultural parties
