- Manages all respects of customer service & logistic activities for a regional/multi-country region i.e. sales order processing, scheduling, amendment/cancelation; creation of credit/debit notes for customers/clients; customer complaints & follow-up - Manages relationships with supply chain planning, plant operations, finance, transportation & logistics and sales departments to fulfill more complex orders, resolve and rescheduling challenges, and sustain key supply chain model inputs - Accountable for all respects of customer service activities for his country/countries across multiple product lines, customer channels and segments - Collaborates with commercial function to develop and implement a customer service level i.e. customer visit - Leads and coaches’ subordinate on positive interaction with customers, ensuring all customer requirements and expectations are being met - Provides leadership and direction to more junior member & subordinate of the team on utilization of communication skills with customers, documentation skills & planning skills - Leads the contract negotiations on freight sourcing and selection of vendors - Coordinates logistic and scheduling activities as well as freight execution Manage the customers complaints related to freight - Collaborates with others SAP super user to develop and ensuring all user requirements and expectations are being met
