I’ve also established partnerships with a range of organizations and schools, including Rainbow Refugee, Emily Carr University, and Cornerstone College, collaborating on panels, workshops, and initiatives focused on education, community engagement, and inclusive hiring.

Expanded scope beyond Secret Location to recruitment across Entertainment One (eOne), while also spearheading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives across both organizations. Post-acquisition, collaborated closely with Hasbro to align and advance DEI strategies across the broader company. Recognized as a thought leader, speaking on diversity and inclusion in tech at TAAFI (Toronto Animation Arts Festival International) and addressing unconscious bias in hiring at InnovateWork.

Led recruitment across all departments including Creative, Development, Production, Marketing, and Finance, with a strong focus on candidates from gaming backgrounds and those with specialized skills in VR/AR. Built strategic partnerships with organizations such as Ladies Learning Code, Black Youth in Tech, and Toronto Gaymers to support inclusive hiring initiatives, educational workshops, volunteer programs, and industry panel discussions.

Hired for roles across the design, technology, media, strategy, and production teams – often seeking candidates with specialized backgrounds in pharma, healthcare, advertising, and marketing. Helped launch Klick’s first Pride Committee as an Employee Resource Group, creating space for 2SLGBTQIA+ voices and community within the company.
