Demola is a Global co-creation alliance between universities and businesses. Demola in Lapland is the northernmost Demola location launched on January 2018. As a Site Manager my work is to find the right companies, organizations and students to work towards a common goal. Together with my Demola colleagues we facilitate the four annual Demola projects.
