Additional responsibilities, such as involvement in personnel management (hiring, optimizing, etc), supervising Operations and Customer Service colleagues that work for the Sierra Gorda Project, etc.

- Responsible as a Project Owner for the key account “Sierra Gorda”, which also includes Customer Service, Operations, administrational matters, preparation of reports and invoicing - Preparation of Quotations and Tenders for Import and Export cargo in the areas seafreight, airfreight and trucking - Monitoring of all shipments in the Project Department - Working as an Inhouse at Sierra Gorda S.C.M. ensuring client satisfaction and delivering on-time solutions to the client

- Activation, coordination and monitoring of transports for clients in project business such as Los Bronces, as well as mining business for different multinational mining companies as Anglo American and governmental owned company as Codelco - Responsible for customer service of the Key Accounts in the Project Department - Preparation of monthly reports with detailed descriptions and corresponding documentation for the project “Los Bronces” as well as quarterly reports of all executed transports - Participation in the preparation of tenders in order to win other major projects for Kuehne + Nagel Ltda. - Taking over the operative part of all transports in the Project Department in the area Seafreight Import / Export
