• Ensure compliance with quality standards and performance indicators, while optimizing manufacturing costs and productivity levels. • Manage inventory and production planning in accordance with sales projections, adhering to Lean Manufacturing principles to minimize waste and improve efficiency. • Coordinate the integration of new products according to plan, collaborating with internal departments to streamline processes and minimize disruptions. • Participate in optimizing production costs by identifying cost-saving opportunities in areas such as suppliers, labor, and transportation, in collaboration with the Purchasing Manager. • Organize and oversee logistics activities, including receiving and shipping, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.

• Responsible for managing, maintaining and advancing the quality management system and contributing to the implementation of efficient business processes. • In charge for managing, maintaining and advancing all corporate systems, and for managing major projects in the company's organizational and corporate development. • Responsible for network administrators, information systems technician(s) and quality coordinators, ensuring that all necessary support is provided to them, and that all team members are properly coordinated in order to complete projects and/or achieve objectives. • Direct and plan the Group's activities, and for setting and monitoring the objectives of the Group and its employees.

• Manage, maintain, and advance the quality management system to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. • Implement and monitor quality control processes and procedures to drive continuous improvement and enhance product/service quality. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for quality enhancement and implement corrective and preventive actions as necessary. • Ensure the security and integrity of the company's information systems and data, implementing measures to mitigate cybersecurity risks and threats. • Supervise and support a team of network administrators, information systems technicians, and quality coordinators. • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their roles effectively.

• Develop and implement quality management systems, processes, and procedures to drive continuous improvement and enhance overall quality performance. • Responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements. • Lead a team of quality assurance professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions. • Define quality policies, procedures, and work instructions to govern all aspects of product/service quality throughout the organization. • Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of the QMS and identify opportunities for improvement. • Establish quality control processes and procedures to monitor and measure product/service quality at each stage of the production/service delivery process.

• Provide support to the Head of Organizational Development and the Head of Corporate Services in the implementation of an ERP/CRM system and to provide support to the Master Users in their tasks related to the project. • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the ERP/CRM system selected by the Customer, to be able to support the Master Users in the development of optimal business processes. • Maintain a close relationship with master users to enable collaborative work. • Ensure adherence to project deadlines, particularly for tasks specifically assigned to the Consultant. • Develop the necessary documentation for users, in line with the quality system in place.
