♻️ I coordinate projects end to end: designing processes, translating them into tools, and embedding knowledge to turn ideas into impact. ⏪ After starting working in corporate project procurement, I transitioned to smaller organizations and focused my work on NGOs and sustainable entrepreneurship. ⏺️ Today I manage an inclusive entrepreneurship project helping migrants found their own businesses. What drives me is the transformation of bold ideas into sustainable change. 🌱 I academically specialize in Sustainability Science with a focus on sustainable entrepreneurship: - research on social-ecological systems - learning how to manage social businesses and impact ventures as well as sustainability transformations of existing organizations - rethinking business models, value creation, supply chains, and their impact on consumption and lifestyles. 🌍 Regional focus: Africa (West, East & Southern) I’ve been involved in cross-cultural projects in Zambia, Malawi, Mozambique, Sudan, Ethiopia, and now Nigeria. My stance is simple: the people on ground are the experts. I show up to listen, learn, and co-create.
