As a result of the Invensys (a $3.5 billion company) acquisition to Schneider Electric, the Controls/Appliance division was spun-off to form an independent company called Robertshaw, a $650 million developer and manufacturer of components for the appliance and HVAC industry. Led the International HR team from the headquarter office, supporting over 1500 employees across Italy, UK, Germany, Monaco, Czech Republic, Slovakia, India and China, by developing and executing the International HR agenda.
