* Spearheaded new strategic plan, re-defined executive board positions, created and recruited for new finance team and introduced paid positions and new executive team membership application process * Represent the organization at networking events in the fields of entrepreneurship and/or sustainable agriculture; set the agenda for and co-lead bi-weekly meetings * Direct teams working on grant applications, Sonder Market sponsored events, recruitment, scheduling, management of ~20 volunteers, and coordinating with local farmers and on-campus vendors

* As part of a student team designed a 15-week project and conducted high-quality policy research to aid in the Centre's current CDFI application process * Created quantitative and qualitative reports of the lending environment; data analysis, GIS maps, and a survey of 30+ small business owners in target area, used by client in application * Recommended best practices for the client’s expansion areas

* Worked closely with Artist Services Director and Executive Director as a liaison for over 270 artists and 500 volunteers for CenterFest Arts Festival in downtown Durham that was attended by 32,000+ people * Assisted in site planning, payment reception, form documentation and processing, website updates, and volunteer recruitment * Coordinated load-in, load-out, and troublshot in the days leading up to and of the event * Assisted as needed in internal gallery functions and events such as Third Friday

Overnight camp for children aged 7-12 on an organic farm based in Quaker values, located in the Celo Community land trust

* Report and produce weekly content for UNC's award-winning radio news broadcast program; profiles, community stories, and investigative reports * Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews with UNC administrators, students, and the greater Chapel Hill community

Worked closely with the institutional giving and development coordinators to send weekly mailings to members, conducted prospect research, updated databases such as Donorperfect, planned events, created pitch sheets, and audited grant spending
