During summers of 2013, 2014 and 2015, I was employed by Owen Mumford Ltd., a medical device company, as a Junior Quality Assistant, Quality Assistant and Quality Administrator, reporting directly to the Global Head of Quality and Programme Director APAC respectively. 2013: I was responsible for creating quality metrics, collating customer and supplier quality agreements, producing a Traceability Matrix for a system that was being validated and I created a new form to support training requirements. 2014: I assisted with the validation and instalment of an enterprise resource planning system (EPICOR). 2015: I assisted with the establishment of a quality system for a new manufacturing site (Owen Mumford Malaysia) by working as the UK contact for the dissemination of data between sites. To complete these tasks, I liaised with personnel at all levels in Training, Marketed Product Support, Sales and the Quality Department.
